Returns & Exchanges Policy
Returns Due to the personal care and hygiene nature of our products (Scalp Detox, Shampoo, Lotions, etc.), we can only accept returns on items that are unopened, unused, and in their original sealed packaging within 14 days of receipt.
Non-Returnable Items
- Items that have been opened or the seal has been broken.
- Items purchased during a promotional sale or clearance.
- Lashes & Brow Mascara (due to hygiene reasons).
Exchanges We only replace items if they are defective or damaged upon arrival. If you need to exchange it for the same item, please contact our support team with photo evidence of the defect.
Refunds Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within a certain amount of days.
Shipping Costs for Returns You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
